Aioli - A fresh garlic mayonnaise.
Bocconcini - Fresh small baby mozzarella.
Cous Cous - Formed by sprinkling semolina w flour and water, then rubbing together to form the grains.
Crème Patisserie - A thick custard made from egg yolks, milk, sugar, vanilla and cornflour.

Ganache - A rich mixture of chocolate and boiled cream.
